Sign-up is easy, and it's free, so Join Artopium.com Now! Once you've signed up and created an Artists' Members Account, simply follow the instructions outlined below for submitting your ebook. In short: your ebook .pdf or .doc file should be at least 50 pages and set up ready to print (i.e. includes cover, table of contents if necessary, etc.), then emailed to sellmyebook@artopium.com where it will be verified and associated with your Artopium account and posted online for sale. For more details, read below.

Add A Creative Work

After joining Artopium, if you did not do so during signup, add a Creative Work to the Book category and fill out the Creative Works form with the details of your written work. You can find the Creative Works form by going to the Creative Works page of the Artopium Member Area (a.k.a. My Artopium) and clicking on the "Add" button.

If you would like to only sell an ebook and you do not want to sell a tangible book, simply check the "I'm Not Selling" checkbox on the Creative Works form when you are adding your ebook to the Cyber Gallery category. However, by leaving it unchecked and entering a price you can sell both your tangible book and your downloadable ebook simultaneously. Whichever way you decide to sell your work, once we have processed your ebook .pdf or .doc file, a new price box will appear on the Creative Works form for you to enter the price of your download (see commission rates). You can see this new box by clicking on the "Edit" link corresponding to your book on the Creative Works page. Please be patient as it may take our staff up to 48 hours to process your ebook files.

Submit Your eBook

Your eBook must have at least 50 pages and be ready to print (i.e. contains a cover, table of contents if necessary, etc.)

To submit your ebook, please name the .pdf or .doc file the same as the title of your book and zip it into a .zip file. Your .zip file name should not contain any special characters other than numbers, letters and underscores (no spaces). You can get a program that creates .zip files from www.download.com (do a search on ".zip"), or you may try the software at www.WinZip.com if you have a PC.

Then, attach your .zip file to an email and send it to this address:

sellmyebook@artopium.com

NOTE: The entire size of the .zip file cannot be larger than 100 MB. Also, the email address you send your ebook FROM should be the same as the one you used to sign up on Artopium so that we will know which account to associate your files with. You must have an My Artopium Account FIRST before sending in your digital prints.

Do not send your ebook without it first being zipped into a .zip file.

Please be patient with us. Although we are currently processing many requests, we presently expect to have your ebook associated with your account within 24 hours.

We will be launching a new section to the website that enables direct upload of ebooks and may be removing the option of uploading via email, yet some have asked that we keep the email option. Don't hesitate to tell us what you think in the body of your email when you send us your ebook along with any other comments. Thanks!
