All the tops featured here are designed, hand knitted, and hand finished by Valerie. They are all original designs.The collection is 80's influenced, and updated with her own interpretation of fashion as it is today.The yarns/wools selected for the collection are a 'cotton look' acrylic. This has a flat finish and is easy to wear and looks cool. 'Snowflake' is a very light-weight yarn but has winter warmth. It is also very easy to care for. Valerie has also selected a lightly brushed acrylic which is very soft, and which mixes very well with lurex and 'cotton look' acrylic.Each top is a variation of the original design, and is therefore, unique. All Valerie's ladies knitwear comes with full care instructions.Valerie does not undertake commissions but can sometimes customise a particular design as far as colour, size, fringing or beading detail is concerned.
