Eric Fensler is an independent American filmmaker from Chicago, known for his series of 25 parodical remixes of G.I. Joe Public Service Announcements PSAs. The PSAs in their original form were short educational segments featured at the end of every G.I. Joe cartoon. Fensler replaced the dialogue and edited the video to create a series of bizarre and sometimes humorous shorts that have generated a cult following on the Internet.
