This is a piece that I worked on for a long time. I finished it about a year ago or so. The detail took a while but I guess that's what I like to do when I'm determined. I am quite fascinated with the octopus. I have learned that they are pretty brilliant and can change color to adapt to any natural surrounding. In captivity they are known to open jars and figure out problems. Sorry to cram ya with facts and such I just think they're pretty cool. This photo really doesn't do justice for the actual piece.
